Bump an old thread (Topic) without replying to it.

I just discovered that you can "bump" an old buried thread without replying to it. Comes in handy when you stumble on to an old thread you would like to see more comments on.

I don't know how old the thread has to be for it to work. I played around with it and it doesn't show up for ANY of the topics that are listed anywhere in the "Quick Links".

I could be wrong but I could only get the "bump" option to appear on threads that I started, not others.

Still a nice option to have.

Note the one I used as an example was started by jonet143 back in 2007. I don't know what criteria the parameters use.
