Robeson Age??????

The first Robeson knives were imported by Millard Robeson from England and Germany exclusively. This continued from 1979 until 1896 when Robeson began manufacturing knives in the United States. Since inception, the company has gone through several reorganizations & eventually ended up as a Queen Cutlery brand.

Tom Kalcevic in Knives Can Talk, states that tang stamp dates 1922 - 1939.

I have no idea how accurate that might be. Tom had access to Robeson employees, records and the spouse of Emerson Case when he was researching for his book.

That is a nice knife. Is there any etch remaining on the master? Most, but not all, NO-RUSTAIN knives were etched, "RUSTLESS-STAINLESS".
