Colonial ID

Colonial Knife was incorporated in 1926 by three brothers; Antonio, Domenic, & Fredrick Paolantonio. It grew to become one of the largest pocket knife manufacturers in the US during the 1960s. The company shut down in 1998, but was back into production under the Colonial Cutlery International Corporation in 2001. Colonial Cutlery International, Inc. brand is the imported line of knives and tools while the U.S.A.- made products fall under the Colonial Knife brand.

Colonial ID

Post by Radium07 »

I have an old Colonial pearl grip double blade knife, I would like to find out info but the only thing it says on the Tang is Colonial, Prov. U.S.A. and the otherside says either nothing or its worn. Smaller blade tang says Patent 3,317,996 it is in fantastic condition and must be 75+ years old at least. I am over whelmed with knives and my first attempt at pictures were a failure in the H.Boker & Co. forum.

I tried that last night but got an error. I will try again with my other laptop, maybe it was because I tried uploading from my tablet.
