Just picked this one up this afternoon at an antique shop I haven't been to in awhile. The owner asked if I was interested in switchblades and went home to get it. Spring is missing;the button spring(the leaf that holds the button up)is broken;the handles have a couple cracks;and someone lightly hit the blade with a grinder. Luckily very little metal was removed. For $20 I took it. Probably made in the 1950's.

$20. That knife could be worth some good money.
