Reorganizing............
After acquiring a couple new automatic knives I felt a reorganization of the infamous,"Drawer 16" in my large knife cabinet was in order. I also decided that in the interests of preserving(acquiring)space I would store them in the closed position for awhile.
I know there has been a lot of debate on here(and other sites)as to whether to store automatics in the open or closed position. I have always stored them open;mainly because a couple of the older ones have worn sears that could conceivably allow them to open inadvertantly if stored closed. Those I left in the open position as well as my vintage Press Button one armed man's knife.
I also put the non automatic but stiletto type knives back in with the automatics. All of them just barely fit in the drawer.

Great looking bunch K7k, I like the swing guards and the large schrade autos with bone handles the most. At least I think they're schrade. Thanks for sharing

Could be wrong but I think I see a shell puller in the 3rd pic in the leather pouch.

Good eye! It is a lever lock with faux pearl handles and the blade is etched,"Toledo" with what looks like a hand engraving tool. The spring broke many years ago(it's part of the back spring)so it just sits there in it's sheath.outkast wrote:Could be wrong but I think I see a shell puller in the 3rd pic in the leather pouch.
EDIT:Here is a picture of the knife.
