Anyone know if these Phoenix Jacks were ever released?

Howdy RR, I called them about a month ago and left a message with no return call. I then checked a couple of the distributor sites and found nothing. Let me know if you discover any in your search. I spoke with Ryan a few weeks ago. They still are not finished, but he said they are still in the works, and will be released as soon as they are finished. No ETA though.

Re: Tuna Valley still alive!
I saw on a trademark site that Ryan doesn't own the Tuna Valley name.

Interesting. The last time I talked with him he said he did.
That was the summer of 2019.

As far as I know, Dave Mullins owned the name with Perry Miller when it was revived in 2007. When Perry died, Dave kept full ownership. He gave the licensing rights to the Daniels to make the knives, but Dave has always kept the actual ownership and trademark of the name.

Interesting info. Now, imagine collectors fifty years from now trying to figure out the how and the what of Tuna Valley brand.Rookie wrote: ↑Sat Feb 01, 2020 3:53 am As far as I know, Dave Mullins owned the name with Perry Miller when it was revived in 2007. The Daniels website has the new Tuna Valley knives shown. They should be selling on dealer sites very soon!

They are out now, so I believe him. Gary is a dealer and said he'll have some for sale in his store.

I think that was for the amber stag ones with 154CM steel. I'm not sure what these are going to sell for.
Ryan said there is a former Queen employee that opened a custom knife shop. That is who is making the Tuna Valley knives for him.

Re: Tuna Valley still alive!
Received my Tuna Valley Phoenix Jack today WOW , beautiful knife very fine fit and finish, one of my new favorite Tuna Valley knives. Well worth the wait, worth the price, can't wait to see what's next. OUTSTANDING JOB TO THE DANIEL'S FAMILY, clouds and rainy day today will try and post a picture soon. God Bless all in these uncertain and trying times, Adog
Re: Tuna Valley still alive!
That's great! I don't have one yet, but hope to soon. I know there are a few other Phoenix Jack variations in the works, but the virus shutting down everything is bad timing for sure. I imagine it will be weeks or months before another release is ready. If I hear anything substantial, I'll pass along the information.
I did see that Ryan opened up a Facebook group where he will post information to directly.
