Tuna Valley Picture Show

Tuna Valley Cutlery Co., Excelsior Knife Co., & Napanoch Knife Co. are three popular brands currently controlled by The Daniels family. Ryan said he's just trying to get all the pieces/operations lined up and coordinated and funded. He said once the first release (the Phoenix Jack) is released and selling, everything should be pretty consistent after that. Just this first release is not coming together as quickly as expected.

I believe the main maker who is doing these has another maker doing the blade grinding, which was the hold up last I knew.

Should be soon. He said to keep checking his site. He'll update the main page when he has knives in hand ready to ship.

Thanks David! I'm happy that others appreciate it. I like the knives and have fun taking pictures of them around the backyard and the woods behind the house.

I love the look of these knives.
They are so...what? Natural, non assembly line, organic.

That's a great collection! I've never done a big group shot of mine like that. That's a good idea. The burnt stag on this new Phoenix Jack fits right in with your others. ::tu::

At some point the red stag version of the Phoenix Jack will be made, that will complete your collection! It looks like you have the burnt and amber stag from every release so far.

Very nice group shot. There is some serious money there. Wish I had started collecting TV knives sooner.

Thanks Sharpnshinyknives and Rookie. Perry Miller was a very close friend of mine. I have several from the first series when he revived Tuna Valley Knives. They are sentimental for me.

Rookie, you are right on, I have tried to get both stag versions of all the patterns.
