Tuna Valley Picture Show
Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
Oh man...that really is nice.
Might have to consider getting one in Damascus as well as one in 154CM.

Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
I put together a nice group shot of my 5 different Tuna Valley sunfish knives. There are still some other handle material prototypes out there I'd like to find some day.

Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
A lot of great pictures from that show! I'm really annoyed after all this time that I could not attend it myself and get some of these pictures for my personal gallery. I was wondering though how I could turn some back and white photos of mine recently with some great knifes from the 60s in to color. One of the easiest apps I found to use for black and white to color was imagecolorizer. I loved the little filter tweaks it had when choosing the brightness. Definitely worth the attention. I might start playing with some old family photos next.

Here is a new photo I just set up this evening. The 3 Sweybelly Trappers from 2013 in Burnt Stag, Mammoth Ivory, and Amber Stag, + the 2 single blade prototype versions in Burnt Stag and Amber Stag.

I'm not usually wild about Damascus, I think the Pakistanis ruined it for me, but that is some sweet Damascus.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
Finally got an Amber Stag Phoenix Jack...been waiting (impatiently) for this model to be released and as soon as I saw this one I grabbed it without a second of hesitation. Really love this pattern. Now, if I can be as lucky and score a Mammoth Ivory PJ as soon as they're released, I might very well consider my knife collection complete once and for all.

That is some absolutely amazing stag Q. I haven't got my hands on one of those yet, but hope to soon. Congrats on that knife.
