Got a Taylor 33OT JACK on clearance at Tractor supply Company for $8:35+ tax! ::tu::

I honed the blades 5 passes on the Lanskey fine crock sticks and it shaves arm hair and makes quiet cuts on newspaper!

My 2 a uncle Henry lb8 and old timer 7OT , both of these came very sharp out of the box and fit n Finnish is good, both rock solid build ,and solid if not a tad stiff lock but ok, no blade play up and down and left to right ,and the sheaths are very well made ::tu:: I'm very happy with them, one day ill try and pick up old lb7 so I can compare them side by side ::tu::

While I'm an old Schrade [USA] man from way back, I can not find anything I don't like about these two Taylor Made Schrades!
123OT and an LB5 Old Smokey.
I have a few USA LB5's etc etc but no 123's. I wanted to see if it was worth spending the $ on a USA 123OT
This is a pretty nice knife for under $15 delivered imo. UH is excellent also.

Hi mate, its one of my Carving knives, its a very old Mora style knife from K.J Ertickson ,the blade snapped with only 2mm left on the knife,I removed the tang and 're worked what was left of the old blade,it made it into my favourite carving knives ::tu::

I've now got 6 Chinese made Schrades,I don't carry larger modern locking knives very often but I picked up the SCH308S purely out of interest and I love the look of the Hinderer knives and nearly brought the Kershaw cryo as a Hinderer collaboration model, but that was out of my price range as well,so due to this getting limited carry as not UK legal I went with the Schrade 308 ,at £15 posted this was a bargain, rock solid lump of metal,I made a bullet stopper on the frame lock and put the remaining bullet case on the lanyard ::tu::

I've got a couple of the Workmate 440t's and I think they make great little whittlers.
