Ka-Bar Brown Ale by Railhouse Brewery

The KA-BAR brand originated as a trademark of the Tidioute Cutlery Company. Tidioute was later taken over & renamed the Union Cutlery Company which continued making the brand until Union eventually adopted it as the company name in 1952. Cutco Corporation later acquired the company in 1996.

Any Ka-Bar/beer fans close to Aberdeen, NC? If so, check out this beer. Hoping to be able to try some when we're in NC this coming July.

I called the brewery awhile back to see if they would ship some to me in Indiana.
They said State law would not allow them to do that.
A friend has a grandson stationed in NC in the Marine Corp.
He is supposed to bring some home for me on his next leave.

Cool, let me know how it is! I tend to go with dark beers this time of year, but if they have it in July I'll have to try one.
