Older Bulldog Two-Knife Set - Value?

A local collector has this set. He was wondering about rarity and value? Appreciate nay input. It appears to be mint.

I saw that pair, without the box, listed somewhere probably ebay for $200.

Considering the box is included I would say $200.00 would be a fair price. The brown bone knives are not normally as easy to sell as the pearls. An exception would be the few that were made with crest shields. These sets were only produced in the 1st generation. They normally snap like gators.
