Picked this up at the friendly, local, gun show today. The curley maple handles are really sharp. 3.5" closed.

Is this a Queen made knife ?
SMKW i believe owns the brand name. Now that Queen is gone do you know if some other manufacturer has been contracted to make this brand ?

This the first Colonel Coon that I've bought. I don't know much, but in a nutshell, after SMKW obtained the rights to the name, the knives were made by Queen until Queen went out of business in January 2018. Since then they've been made by Bear. I bought this thinking it was a Queen and a gentleman over on Blade Forums has indicated its a Queen made around the early 2000's.

Its very well made. Excellent f&f, snap, and no blade play. Its a very nice knife.

I mostly bought it for the handles :D
