Help me identify this knife!
Hi everyone! Can anyone provide any information on my latest acquisition? It is a prototype and I would really like to know the blade steel used. Thanks!

I'm not sure but it might be the same knife discussed in this topic from 2013. The pics are gone but the blade steel is mentioned in the first post.

Rick,
You are correct in the Steel Type....The Canal Street Barlow has 14-4 CrMo Clip and Pen Blades
Danwilli22,
I actually own that same exact knife which was also a PROTOTYPE and a second one (PROTOTYPE) that has the Canal Street Etching on the Bolster. In addition I own another 20 of their English Barlows. I absolutely loved their Barlows.

Thank you for the help guys! Much much appreciated. I love that steel so I’m very happy. 440c would have been ok but I prefer 14-4.
