Picked this up last week at an estate sale for $8. Not a name I had seen before. Nice bone handles.Unusual large disc affixed to one side of the pivot pin that looks original to the razor.

Looks like a German blade made for that company. Also probably remounted in different scales as the hinge pin looks like a nail with a home made washer on the back side. Repair probably illustrates that the owner loved that razor or couldn't afford a new one and fixed it to use with what he had available.
A company by that name also listed out of Barnesville, GA as buggy makers and was reported in bankruptcy in 1922.
