Prayers needed for my mom...

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Prayers needed for my mom...

Post by Stanwade »

Hey fellow knife nuts!😁 anyone willing-- I could use some prayers for my Mom (best mom ever by the way 😁).. she's been fighting bone mets (she had breast cancer 30 years ago) for the last 5 years.. she's been doing great on oral chemo etc... long story short--- they just found 4 lesions on her liver through a CT scan yesterday.. she's tougher than nails and most people half her age so I'm praying she'll get through this... anyway--all thoughts and prayers appreciated..😁👍 thanks in advance fellas...

My prayers are with your Mom, family, and you Ryan. ::pray:: Have faith, some of the older folks are tougher than any of us will ever be. She will be here for as long as the Father needs her here, and nothing can change that. 8)

Thanks again, all👍 your prayers are greatly appreciated..so Mom had some more tests done and they found two more lesions so that's a total of six on her liver that are indeed cancerous... They're going to switch her medicine up and hopefully knock it out of her... It did not spread to her lymph system or anywhere else.
her bone mets tumors are still inactive so that's a great sign in my mind.. she's a little worried but I sure can't blame her...many, many thanks again 😁👍
