July Scripture

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

A great verse.
Want to try something with that verse that is really encouraging?
Read it through, stressing one word each time through.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

And so on.
Take care and God bless,

Steve

Excellent point Steve....
Another verse that assures us that God is our strength......
.
God is our refuge and STRENGTH, an ever-present help in times of trouble.
Psalm 46:1-3
God is always with us!
SO..... if God is ALWAYS there.... and He is our strength..... why should we worry?
.
Father in Heaven....
Thank you for being our strength, because we are weak and You are strong!

::tu:: Mike.

How bout the all time classic... Psalm 23

23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
