RIP John Greene

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

RIP John Greene

Post by montemojo »

We lost another brother last night around 8 o'clock. He was a Vietnam vet, knife collector, ole country boy, and a dear friend. He helped get me started in knife collecting. He showed me the ropes so to speak. I walked around with him at the parker, and palmetto shows. Also local flea mkts, and hillsville Va. I enjoyed learning from him when I could. He had an aneurysm and hasn't known anyone for the past two years. I will miss him but I am glad he is not suffering anymore. I know he is in a better place now. So if y'all would include the family of John Greene in your prayers as we will lay him to rest tomorrow evening. Thanks

Monte

A great friend of mine as well. I always enjoyed hearing from him and wondered why he had been out of touch the last couple of years. Glad his suffering is over and he is at peace.

Monte, I'll just say an "Amen" to what Philco posted.
