R4466 Question

The Remington Corporation and the knives that they built have influenced the U.S. cutlery industry more than nearly any other manufacturer. From the time America was settled, to the end of WWI, American knife companies struggled to compete with Britain and German imports, but events that occurred during and after the First World War led to a great change in this phenomenon. Unprecedented opportunities arose, and Remington stepped up to seize the moment. In the process, they created some of today's most prized collectables. In an ironic twist, the next World War played the greatest role in ending the company’s domination of the industry.

R4466 Question

Post by upnorth »

The r4466 Bullet, in it's original form is a real nice knife, at 3 3/4".
My question is, did it have half stops on the original knife??

Charlie, I tried but could not find a answer in any of my books. This Remington forum
is like a black hole for some reason not much going in or out. Maybe the Robert will see
you question.

I wish I knew for sure but I don't. The round bolster no half stop sounds correct to me though.
