As Ken said, the knife is an authentic Case 6465. Has been cleaned/buffed.
Still a rare and valuable knife even with the cleaning.
Here is one that I have with yellow celluloid handles.

Thanks for clarifying that, Ken and Steve. I was under the impression that the knife in the OP was a Frankenknife that someone had cooked up.
