CASE XX MM220 EARLY 90'S PEANUT ?

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Just got this peanut in with a pattern number of MM220. Not sure what the MM stands. The handles are black. Appreciate some guidance on this one.

Maroon Micarta.
Hard to tell the color and handle material from the pics, but does look like maroon micarta?

And, by the way, it's not that I'm that smart. I Googled it
Take care and God bless,

In more recent years Micarta falls under handle material number 10. It would be nice if the reference section here was expanded to include the lessor known handle frame patterns and pattern number codes used since 1980.
