The pictures you’ve posted are not very clear so it’s difficult to assess the condition of the knives. Condition is one of the most important factors when determining value. Here’s some information - best I can do from the pictures.
Case’s Stainless is a fairly rare stamp. Looks like possibly an 01 pattern which should be 2-5/8 inches long. If so it’s a GS201 pattern. Unfortunately it has a couple of problems that negatively affect value. The Goldstone celluloid handles are notoriously unstable. The blades are worn and appear to have been buffed. Most collectors won’t pay a lot for a celluloid knife due to the instability, but it might be worth more to someone looking for that stamp and willing to gamble on the handles remaining stable.
Second knife is a 6229-1/2, which collectors call the “Tadpole” pattern. Comparable values of this pattern can readily be found by searching sold listings on eBay.
The third knife looks like an 82 pattern “doctor’s knife”, but I can’t read the tang stamp in your pictures. Handles appear to be wood. Fairly rare knife if it is Case Bradford or W.R. Case & Sons stamp. Condition will hurt value considerably.
Nice knives to have but not high value. Some others may have more information or other opinions.
