I have a Case knife in my possession that I have searched the internet for his trying to learn about. If anyone can give me some information or point me in the direction to knowledge I would be greatly appreciative.

Welcome to the forum. That knife looks a lot like a knife that was posted on here about a year ago. The seller on eBay claimed he wasn’t sure but thought it was an early David Yellowhorse Knife, which it wasn’t. Someone contacted David and he confirmed that it was not. I think what you have here is another example of someone’s poor imitation of David Yellowhorse. If I can find that thread, I will edit this and include a link.
Since you have the knife in hand, is that handle material solid silver, aluminum of silver paint?

Edit, viewtopic.php?f=17&t=58720&hilit=Yellowhorse
