Case 61625AC SS

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

I think they just started producing them this month.
Most likely they’ll be more widely available soon.

That's a nice setup. Definitely thinking about one to edc. How high do you have to lift the blade before the assist takes over? I always worry about a sharp assisted knife opening in my pocket.

Mine came today! Wanted the Black micarta handle but can’t find it anywhere. Don’t like the Case bone used on these, so I went different. Fist ever I’ve owned in this type handle material. The Knife itself fires really good. It definitely needs a edge put on it. It’s as dull as can be.

Nice! New handle material. I may have to look into that material some more. I noticed the California warning. Knives cause cancer? Or is it the handle material. I guess you shouldn't eat it.
