The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

That's a nice one, Smitty. I have some 07s with Corelon (9) and Kirinite (10) handles and they are very pretty to look at, no doubt. However, I am reluctant to invest too heavily in synthetic handle materials because of my past experience with celluloid off-gassing which has left me leery of synthetics...I just don't trust 'em. (I think my distrust would change to desire, though, the instant Case started making 07Ws with Corelon or Kirinite covers...that would be a game changer for me).
In the meantime, I just added this 2020 Natural Box Elder 7207 to my Mini-T woodpile. My first 07 with the new decade tang stamp.

Very handsome wood Q! Don't think I ever saw one with Box Elder scales before.
Looks Outstanding! I also like the new stamp. Or maybe I should say I like it when all the markings still form a complete set. Seems more balanced out. Meaning, they won't look this good again untill 2030.
Anyways, Congrats! It's a Beauty!

A) That's another collection "theme" I could persue some day. 1970, 80, 90 2000 & so on. Then go back latter & add in the 5's. 1975, 85, 95 & so on. I'll have to keep that one in mind. I like that theme!
B) @ Q & Jerry, Man the handled 07W REALLY POPS in my little showcase! Just jumps right out at ya & says Hello with a great big Sunny Grin! It looks Awesome in there! Thanks Q!
(I'll go take a picture to show everyone reading this how it stands out in a crowd. Back in a few. )

Congrats on your Mini Trapper with the new Tang Stamp. I believe it will be just a matter of time before we see a 07W with Kirinite. Case has done several of the Mini Trappers in it. So I figure it won't be long.

The Better-half and I are making a road trip to the next state to visit some relatives. So thought I would pop this one in before I go.
Case says it is a Dark Red (on the box) But for some reason it makes me want an apple. You guys have a great Saturday.

Picked this one up yesterday at an Indoor Farmers Market / Tradeday / Fleamarket! A 2010 Mini-T with Delrin handles in Navy Blue UF. That's what is printed on the box. No idea what the UF stands for. Ultra Flat I already had one in this patter & color that is in my carry rotation. Just decided to get another to stick back, since it was at a good price.

Very good looking knife Smitty. I bet it looks better in person.

Just came in today's mail.
Hey Jerry, also a Great Popping color!
(Add to my list.)
Tom, have you considered collecting pictures of the knives you would like to get?
Your a pretty smart Cat!
I'll see that & raise you to collecting pictures of knives I want, making a callender of them, then buying the one pictured each month. Just BSing of course. The idea is great, but over my budget.
Collecting pictures of the knives I want sounds like a good idea but it might also be Gas on a Fire.

And I could sing...,
"I fell into a burnin' ring of fire
I went down, down, down
And the flames went higher,
And it burns, burns, burns,
The ring of fire, the ring of fire."
LOL!
