Starting Over

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

olderdogs1 wrote:No , I was following that thread too Jerry. I knew you were joking as I am sure Larry did as well. I don't think I want BRL giving an opinion on my knives if he actually did on the knife in the other thread. I thought one had to pay to get an opinion from him. Kind of wonder if he did weigh in. Obviously the knife in the other thread was authentic as well.
Jerry, as you and I both know, Larry is getting some real jewels. I didn't know there were that many super green ones out there. ::tu:: ::tu::

Tom
Fully agree Tom. On all points. I too have heard he does this for a fee. Don't know for sure but for sure those knives Larry posted are in fact "jewels".

Those green bone whittlers you've been accumulating recently are all beauties Larry. You may be starting over, but looks like you're not slowing down!

Larry, the Tested XX 6380 is amazing! Is this the one pictured in color in Sargent's 7th edition? It is one of the most pristine Tested knives I've seen. My understanding is that this pattern was very scarce in Tested. Awesome find! ::tu:: ::tu::
