The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.
I just ordered one off ebay so I hope you're right. Even if you aren't it will work in my Case amber bone collection.
The TB Sowbelly Stockman arrived today and it fits perfectly in that display. Thanks Ken for steering me in the right direction. Now if I can just find that Eisenhower knife.....
I couldn't find that Eisenhower knife at the Dalton, Ga. show. I flew all the way to Oregon to look for one, and none were to be had at the OKCA show either. Finally, one showed up on ebay and now it's headed to my house.

Glad I declined to bid further on that. It was getting north of what I wanted to pay and I'm not trying to fill a display (yet... ) so I hope I passed some of the savings along to you. I'm trying to be less of a hawk on amber bone stuff.

That listing closed over the weekend, IIRC, and it's probably less than half a day into its journey to Phil's cave.
Thank you Jerry. I wish I could figure out how to right those sideways photos myself but I can't find anything on this little Surface Pro that will let me do so.
Drumroll please.........xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (that's the drumroll)
Finally at long last my quest has come to completion with the arrival of the Amber Bone Eisenhower to fill the one remaining open slot in the Amber Bone display frame. Thanks again for all the help in getting the right knife in the right slot. It's been a fun project.
That's awesome. I've always liked that style of display case. I find nothing more fulfilling in knife collecting than finally getting that next case filled!!!!! You did good. Now I'm impressed as you once told me.
That's awesome Phil! I'm not the biggest fan of a lot of CASE's new bone styles. But that amber bone is real nice! You set is in that case is down right beautiful.
