Hey Chris. Yep, that's Autumn Shadowbone. They had a series of them that seem to be pretty collectable.
I have a few. They also had a Canoe, a Peanut, and a couple others I can't remember from that series..

Awesome! Made my jaw drop & all the the spit ran out. Stayed like that for hours. My tounge got so dehydrated, it felt like Jerky meat.
