As far as an EDC, that was my question on original post as far as what purpose this knife was made for. Most, if not all had a specific purpose, except for some that may be considered "all purpose".
As for the redbone at the top of the pic...
Lower tang is hard to see. Any dots below the U.S.A.? If not, any model stamp on the back of the knife? If it is a USA era, wondering if it may be a factory errror "No stamp" or "extra 1". Knice old knife either way.
