Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

That is indeed a looker! ::tu:: I wouldn't mind having a few knives with the patriotic Kirinite.

Thanks, Steve. :)

As for The Monkey, he's been stuck on Mini Trappers for so long that the capture of the 5207W DAM Unicorn has finally jolted him out of his Mini-T rut. But, as I'm sure you know, knife-collecting Monkeys aren't prone to sitting around for long letting moss, mold & rust grow under their monkey butts, and The Monkey on my back has already become fixated on another collecting obsession: Queen ACSB knives (in any and all patterns). I think that will probably occupy his devious little monkey mind for quite a while (in addition to continuing my steady financial decline to ultimate destitution and poverty). In fact, he's already gotten a pretty good start: https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... &start=250

Now i just want to quantify, i am not an enabler, okay,   but, and there is always a but. On the scrolling store site at the top of the page spotted a really nice Case XX if anyone is interested. It is a 1984 Case in 2nd cut stag, described as half congress, but could also be described as a half whittler. It is in Luv Stag's store, i would be all over it if i could. Just letting you know.   ::tu::

Thanks gents, it was perfect timing to find a nice looking pocketknife. I carried it to our family Easter celebration yesterday, it was also my Mom's 87th birthday yesterday and my oldest daughter announced her first pregnancy - our first grandchild - you know we had a big celebration!! I bet that Case Knife ends up belonging to my grandchild one day. OH
