Camillus 75

Thank you. The vendor said it is from 1946-1956 (hence my choice of prop).
If I see another 75, I'll let you know. ::tu::

Camillus called that one (3-3/8" closed) a Junior Cattle Knife. Hard to tell from a picture but those handles look like they might be dark brown synthetic which Camillus called Brownstag® and introduced in about 1956. They used it until shortly after 1965 when they switched over to Delrin®. Soooo that makes your knife ~1956 to ~1966 or so. Even if the handles are not Brownstag®, those dates still stand because of the tang stamp. It's also a long line tang stamp so that would fall into some of that time frame. It's extremely difficult to date Camillus knives and almost impossible to get any closer to a date than that.

I stand corrected, dates to 1956-1966.....Thank you Jerry D.
Oh, the handles are a deep brown. Vendor stated material is bone.

Paul if we all liked the same thing then there would only be one kind of everything and that would be a boring world. ::handshake::
