#8 trapper

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

#8 trapper

Post by barnwood42 »

Does anyone have any information on this knife. I believe it to be from the wildlife series. The gold charging bear medillon is what is making me Guess that but I can't find anything about the knives with the rosewood handles. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

It's not wildlife series. This is a custom Large Trapper #8 knife - http://camillusknives.ru/camillus/foldi ... 8_en.shtml
The gold medallion was probably bought at auction after Camillus bankruptcy.
