PUNCH Blade???? Camillus CATTLE knife

Hey GUYS, came across this knife and I dont recall seeing one before. I am use to seeing a 2-piece style Punch blade by NYK that was Patented. Any thoughts on this Punch blade?? No model# on back of master

....I have always wondered what those blades were for???..since it's a cattleman's knife, maybe it's for cleaning hooves???.....

Punch holes in leather for repairs, and clean things .

I'm away from my computer right now and on my phone so I can't check this out for sure, but I believe they spiral punch was patented by Camillus.
