Camillus Boy Scout knives

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

In 1997 Camillus started a series of limited edition knives with Norman Rockwell prints.
It was planned to release 12 models, but the series was not completed.
#BSA002 (BSA #1002) "Tomorrow's Leader" - 1997
#BSA064 (BSA #1064) "All Together" - 1998
#BSA787 (BSA #1787) "On My Honor" - 1999
#BSA830 (BSA #1830) "Guiding Hand" - 2000
#BSA831 "Adventure Trail" - 2001
#BSA832 "Daily Good Turn" - 2002
#BSA833 "A Scout Is Helpful" - 2003
#BSA834 "Man Of Tomorrow" - 2004

I have only 3 knives

....I have an old one that has the compass in the handle and the 4 line stamp which someone on here told me was the first model, this one looks like it may be the next variation with that type shield, probably early '40's, if it has the 4 line stamp???............... ::tu:: .............

.....is the 3rd line NEW-YORK or CAMILLUS N.Y. ???...........if it's NEW-YORK, it's the 3 line stamp which would be 1915-1918,if the 3rd line is CAMILLUS N.Y.,it's the 4 line stamp- it's anywhere from 1919-1946!!...... ::tu:: ...............

....I couldn't figure out why you couldn't read the 4th line, so I got mine out, which is 4 line also, and you can barely make out the tops of the letters with a magnifier, mystery solved!!!.... ::tu:: ..................

They were a whole lot easier to come by when I was one of the few that was looking for them. That one now lives at Philip's house (Treefarmer).
