According to Levine, Tom Dunlap was the hardware buyer for Sears and Roebuck. He created the CRAFTSMAN brand in 1926.

Wow, the Sta-Sharp Cattle knife 9525, what a great old knife. Sta-Sharp knives are hard to find in unused condition. Workmen bought them to use along with other Craftsman tools. That was back when Craftsman tools were often the very best available.

Thanks fellas !
Re: The Other Brands
Here's my well-used Lipic. I bought it in this condition and I carry it every day. What a handy knife! Just the right size for a "small knife" in my opinion, and bearing three very useful tools : blade, screwdriver, and caplifter. I need to give it the spa treatment!

Good morning everyone. Picked this Clover Brand Syracuse stockman up recently. All in all it’s in good shape. Hope everyone’s day starts off well.

I have a Handy Andy around here somewhere, I think stashed in a box with some el-cheapos. Didn't realize it was made by Camillus! Gonna have to re-categorize it!

Nice other brands everyone, it’s amazing how many different ones there are . Here’s a Stainless Cut co ,by Camillus . And 2 Dunlaps , both used but not wore out . The EO is actually very snappy yet. The Stainless Cut Co. is tight very well built ,both blades stamped .
