Show Us Your Camillus Knives!

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

You have NON canoe-type knives ! ?? !
::poke::

Actually I like the bone 23 .... ::tu::
The stag 23 got its scales via Muskrat Man. I included it in my EDC rotation. ::super_happy::

Here are a few more Camillus knives I have hanging around with the canoes...

Great looking knives, Sas!!! ::nod:: ::tu:: ::tu::

I just got this gem in the mail yesterday, I think the correct pattern is "Sunfish." I knew she had scale issues, guess I need to find someone who can do a decent patch job. I would prefer this type of repair over a scale replacement, so anyone can DM me if they're up for the task.

Thanks for looking. ::handshake::

Actually I do have a couple of swords but none of the Samurai persuasion. If it can cut, chop, slice, hack, or poke holes in things I've probably got at least one example of it around here somewhere. ::rotflol::

I checked yours out before pulling the trigger just to make sure this knife was legit. Wasn't sure about it being a 4 line stamp but I do see some of the "A." peeking out on the pen blade. Quite a formidable knife!

That would be pretty wild! This knife came out of an auction house in Longmont, CO.

I wonder how many of these were made? I don't see them in any knife reference books that I have. ::shrug::

Rescued these two from my PO Box today. A Camillus 1047 & a Camillus "WHAT-A-KNIFE." This WHAT-A-KNIFE, has two blades and will go nicely with my other WHAT-A-KNIFE.

Here is a Camillus Stockman I came across. Normal looking (I think) until you look at the tang stamp. Just a miss-stamp? Did this happen often? Just wondering! ::hmm::

Very odd indeed. I've never seen a partial tang stamp like that before. I have a Camillus 72 that has no "main" tang stamp, but just has the pattern number "72" on the main blade. Factory error?

Wondering about your opinion of this one on eBay?

I think the jigging looks like a Steel Warrior from Frost but that's just my 2 cents. ::shrug::

edit* Looks to me like someone took a belt sander to the scales.

I just thought it odd that the bolsters weren't as worn but the bone scales were almost worn flat. BUT I'll go with what you guys think. ::handshake::
