I couldn't resist the price, so I bought another CAMILLUS Eagle Scout, single blade, 2 tool, pocket knife. There is no box with this one. It didn't need any cleaning. I took a few pictures and here it is.

I didn't make it to Eagle either. But I do like these little knives. I know it's been said more than a few times, but I'll say it again. I do wish that you could post pictures. Maybe some day........

Re: Show Us Your Camillus Knives!
I received this earlier in the week. Interesting story, I actually bought it from an Ebay store that deals mostly in ladies products and makeup. It was listed as a new vintage Camillus 3 blade knife at a BIN price that was way below what these have been going for. A Camillus #1047 Boy Scout 3 blade swell center whittler. The pictures show it just as I received it. The only thing I've done is oil the joints.

Thank you Smitty.
VERY nice looking 1047, Smitty. I like the color of those handles.
Don't forget to post it in the "CAMILLUS 72 Clone" thread.

Thanks Carrmillus. I had asked the seller if she would check to make sure she didn't have the box. It was hard for me to believe someone had this in as good of condition without the box close by.carrmillus wrote: ↑Fri Aug 28, 2020 5:03 pm .....great find!!!...looks almost new!!!!!................. ............................

Fished this Camillus 68 out of the bay and got it today. It is a short line and with bone handles. Been used but still not in bad condition. Thanks for looking.

Just got this one in the mail today.
Camillus #7 Cam-Loc with "Adventurer B.S.A." etched on the blade.
In all my years I have never seen one and I was a Life Scout back in
the 60's which I believe is the era this one came from. It's like new,
I don't see any blemishes anywhere on it. It came from one of our own.

Re: Show Us Your Camillus Knives!
Senior Chief, you probably didn't see it because that Cam-Loc didn't come out until 1976. I don't think it lasted very long because I don't think it was very popular. Vit can probably give you better info on it.dlr110 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2020 7:56 pm Just got this one in the mail today.

Thanks Jerry! I guess that would have been towards the tail end of them using that tang stamp. By that time I was not a Boy Scout, but an E5 in the Navy getting ready for a West-Pac cruise.jerryd6818 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2020 10:10 pmSenior Chief, you probably didn't see it because that Cam-Loc didn't come out until 1976.
