Queen frame, Primble shield and OK tang stamp. Mid 1990's I believe.
That color will catch anyone's attention :-)

Does the scales have an on/off switch? Those are bright. ::nod::

yes they are some type of acrylic. I've heard rumors of other colored scales from time to time but never saw another .
I had a fella offer me anything he had on his table. My eyes lit up when I saw the 2 BP cannons. My wife said "NO!! You'll end up in jail" hehehehehe

That's an interesting knife for sure. Something that hasn't been mentioned is how the OK tang stamp is on a #44 Queen knife. It had to be from the period when Ontario Knife Company was owned by Queen beginning in 1967 according to the Queen History notes. ::shrug:: I haven't seen where the Primble shield ties in , yet. ::hmm::
I have an Old Hickory 2 blade folding hunter, the blade is etched ONTARIO 611, the tang stamp is stamped OK, just like the OP knife, but it is a Queen #39 just with different handles and stamp. Kinda like GMC and Chevy trucks used to be years ago, same truck just a different hood ornament basically.
It is not only an interesting combination but as everyone has said it is real "looker"! ::tu::

Here's the Old Hickory/Ontario 611 made by Queen that I mentioned earlier:
Plain handles on this should have made this a economy priced knife, maybe. Can't see the OK tang stamp in the picture but it's there.
