My latest acquisitions

The Queen Cutlery Company manufactured knives in Titusville Pennsylvania for 96 years. The company opened its only factory there in 1919 and commenced to make some of the best US crafted cutlery you will find. Unfortunately, the Titusville manufacturing plant closed down in 2018.

My latest acquisitions

Schlatt and Morgan Coke bottle with Rogers bone covers in mint condition. The label on the box is different than my other S&M knives. I never seen it before and am curious as to the year it was made.

The other I acquired is a used Robeson swing guard in good shape. Looks very old but I don’t know the year of this one either. Great yellow bone covers.

Nice pick up. I'd guess the S&M was made in 2006, according to the model number.

Your S&M is here with the others in the Keystone Series made in 2006.

Jerry, thanks for posting. That definitely is my knife. Dating the Robeson will be more difficult. Thanks again!

Check it out with Charlie (RobesonsRme.com), he's the Robeson Guru around here.

Thanks Jerry
I went there and it looks as if that site was taken down. I will try again later.
Thanks again!

I was able to date the Robeson swing guard by the tang stamp. 1940-1964. I wish Queen had a system to date by exact year rather than by a range of years produced.
