Large rare automatic knife

The Queen Cutlery Company manufactured knives in Titusville Pennsylvania for 96 years. The company opened its only factory there in 1919 and commenced to make some of the best US crafted cutlery you will find. Unfortunately, the Titusville manufacturing plant closed down in 2018.

Large rare automatic knife

Post by Flasks2 »

Hi all...it's been a long time since I was on this site but I have been just too busy to contribute. Yesterday a friend from N.Y. wanted to trade his knife. We made a trade and this is the knife. The blade will not lock down. The springs and entire knife are almost like new and the blade hasn't been sharpened. Any information about this knife I'd appreciate and what might be a reasonable value. I've lived in Titusville, Pa. and have picked up a lot pocket and sheath knives but I wasn't aware Queen ever made one of these let alone the extreme high [image][/image]quality. I'd really the knife to lock shut, so If anybody knows of a GOOD repairman that can do this repair for me please let me know.[image]

Muskrat Man or Bill DeShivs could probably fix it for you.
