A QCCC Easy Open Jack.....I Think!

The Queen Cutlery Company manufactured knives in Titusville Pennsylvania for 96 years. The company opened its only factory there in 1919 and commenced to make some of the best US crafted cutlery you will find. Unfortunately, the Titusville manufacturing plant closed down in 2018.

A QCCC Easy Open Jack.....I Think!

Post by bdev »

Check out this Easy Open Jack.
The tang stamp is very worn but I believe it is a 1930-32 "framed" QCCC. ::shrug::
It's hard to see in the pic I posted but when in the right light and at the right angle, more of the "framing" can be seen.
Also, the pen blade on the pile side is consistent with Queen's #10 Heavy Jack.

The last pic is from an early Schatt & Morgan catalog. Very similar.

Your thoughts?????
