Really like this pattern from the 80's. 4-1/8" closed. Germany, Stamped BOKER, SOLINGEN with the tree. All Stainless, integral bolsters. Blade acid etched "BIG GAME HUNT", front bolster numbered 051. Scrimshawed white bone both sides. Signed by artist, FAULCONER NIGGASON. Heavy duty piece. I generally don't do commemoratives but I just like this pattern. There were lots of Asian copies of this lock back pattern. Came with a nice wooden case.

Re: BOKER "BIG GAME HUNT"
I have a couple of those Boker folders but mine have walnut and thuya wood handles. Both blades marked 440C. I like their feel in the hand better than a Buck 110 or 112.

Great looking knife. That scrimshaw looks amazing. I don't normally like commemoratives either but the ones I have seen from Boker are the exception. I have a congress pattern they did for the 200th anniversary of The U.S. Constitution and it is a quality knife.
