Wondering if anyone knows what the jigged bone pattern is called on this 72 Cody Scout in Texas yellow rose..?

Isn't that the "monster-claw" or 'bear-claw" (whatever cutesy name GEC has for it) jigging? I've seen it on big knives, generally bigger "scratches" and fewer overall, but the same random pattern. I'm sure I'm messing up on the name, but it's something similar to that. "The beast"? :roll:
