GEC specializes in highly collectable and premium quality usable pocket knives. The company's USA manufactured knives have quickly proven to be a big hit with both collectors and users who seek quality American craftsmanship.
Got my first GEC. Very impressive knife. Wasn't sure if I'd like it but for my taste it is a perfect carry knife. It's in my pocket and will be for a long time.
I had thought that Northwoods was made by Queen. I did not know that GEC made any blades with 'holes' in place of nail nicks, but i know Queen did with a "Scagel" line for Northwoods but that was before 2010.

Love the new 86 Angus Jack, nice beefy knife.
Nice play on words there. They do look like good work knives, have a bit of size to them, did you get the wood you wanted, or did you have to take what you could get ?

Took what I could get, gone in seconds.
At least you got one, well done, it was probably one of their quickest sellers for the year.

joeradza, Can't quite decide if your Barlow is as beautiful as it appears or if it looks so good because of your superb photo. I guess its both.
Thanks for the kind words. It is a beautiful knife, beautifully made.
