Does anyone know what acrylic handles have been produced in this pattern? the eggs&hotsauce, orange swirl. Are these the only two?

I believe those are the only two types of acrylic #56 Dogleg Jacks. Looks like they were never on the New Release page on the CEG website. I'm guessing they were a short run SFO for Mike at Collector Knives. You can ask him directly for confirmation. http://www.collectorknives.net/contact.html

What does SFO stand for? And Mike is the only one who gets these SFO's

SFO stands for Special Factory Order. Anyone, well I'm assuming any dealer, can request a special order from a number of knife makers ... happens all the time with Smokey Mountain Knife Works aka SMKW, so to answer your question, No, Mike is not exclusive on SFOs'.
