Switchblade repair suggestion and handle needed
Anybody have a tip of how to replace the tab on the safety of a Presto securely, without having to remove the handle? I’ve a couple like this and was hoping there were an easy fix? Also, anyone have a rear handle for a 4-1/8” Presto hunter with zig zag/diamond jigging? Thanks.

i normally pull the handle and replace the entire unit, trying to solder a new tab on with the handle on might not be the best route to take unless you had some godly heat control skills

Thanks for the reply Kaleb. I was hoping to avoid removing the handle but may have to go that route.

Might try a dab of JB weld and see it takes. Other than that there’s no way to tap it back in and peening it withot removal
