black stretch material used in knife rolls
i have a older pocket knife display case that uses the black stretch material found on most knife rolls.they are worn and all stretched out,so i want to replace the strips of material.does any one know if they sell strips of this material and what is it called.thanks

Trying a sewing store. I believe it's called elastic tape or elastic ribbon. It's the same principle as the elastic band around the top of your boxers.

I asked my wife and she said it's just called elastic. Anywhere that sells sewing supplies including Walmart in their sewing section should have it.
