It looks like a Buck Cross Lock made back in the 80's or 90's.

But I think Crosslocks always had a second blade, a saw, hoof pick, etc. I may be wrong.

i have verify : the two versions have been made by buck : one with single blade and one with a blade and a cutting hook/second blade/saw....
