art easel.

Post by mrwatch »

for those that have seen my Last supper carving on the forum, it is large and heavy. I decided that I need something adjustable to support it off the work bench. Raise and tilt. From looking a catalog pictures and seeing ones at the supply house I came up with the Hollander. The oak is from a church remodel so it was free. The complete unit is in the break room at the senior's center wood shop. I made a smaller non wheeled one with scrap Mahogany. Plus two table top easels. One I gave a friend that encouraged me to learn carving and painting. This was around 2004 Bob.
