Anybody seen one of these from Old George Before , Age? Historical Significant? Near Mint Condition , I Posted in Q & A , Before i new it was Military , ( Specs)Thank You . K.C

Yes, i have seen either the same or else very similar Wostenholm knives before, reasonably common actually.

Flook does list this style in his book but there is a not a lot of information about them. Made by several companies including Wade & Butcher, Wostenholm, Joseph Allen & Sons, Maleham & Yeoman. Pressed fiber scales. does yours have any evidence of service use? It would be a broad arrow /|\ or WD often stamped on the spike.
