Found this code on Ontario PSK

I decided to clean the grunge on this leather stacked handle with some fine steel wool and then apply Leather CPR and shoe polish after (bottom pic shows end result).

While cleaning this code on the handle appeared.
I'd be interested in learning about what this stands for.....

Knice Ontario JPSK! What's the date on the pommel say..if any? Got the original sheath to go with it? I don't know about the shoe polish. :shock: What color shoe polish was it? I would have treated it with saddle soap and maybe a bit of leather conditioner if still dry. Still, looks like a nice finish there.
